The Trademark Usage Policy applies to licensees, merchant partners and others who have been granted express permission to use trademarks owned by BettaMall or our affiliates (hereinafter called “BettaMall”). You may only use the specific trademarks identified by BettaMall (hereinafter called “Marks”) and only in materials that have been pre-approved in writing by BettaMall. This policy is required to be complied strictly at all times. Any unauthorized or non-compliant use of the trademarks will automatically terminate your right to use them.
- You may use the Marks solely for the purpose expressly authorized by BettaMall. Your use must:
(i) comply with the most recent version of any agreement(s) between you and BettaMall regarding the Marks;
(ii) comply with these Guidelines; and
(iii) comply with any additional terms, policies, or conditions that BettaMall may issue from time to time
- BettaMall will provide you with an official image of the Marks to use. However, you may not change any features of the Marks, including but not limited to, the proportion, color, font or any elements,…
- You may not use the Marks in a manner that implies sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by BettaMall unless explicitly permitted under the agreements.
- You may not use the Marks in a way that could disparage BettaMall, our products and services. Moreover, the Marks used in a way that could affect BettaMall’s reputation and goodwill negatively are also not allowed.
- The Marks must be displayed clearly with reasonable spacing from other visual or textual elements. Under no circumstance may the Marks be placed on backgrounds that interfere with readability.
- Unless otherwise approved by BettaMall, all materials that display the Marks must include the following statement: “BettaMall and all related marks are trademarks of BettaMall or its affiliates.”
- You need to acknowledge that BettaMall retains full and exclusive ownership of all rights to our Marks. Therefore, any goodwill generated from your use of the Marks will accrue entirely to BettaMall’s benefit. You must refrain from any actions that conflict with or undermine BettaMall’s ownership of the Marks.
BettaMall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update these Guidelines and/or modify the Marks at any time. BettaMall may take appropriate action against any unauthorized or non-compliant use of the Marks.
