Therefore, BettaMall has established this Return Policy to safeguard the rights of Buyers while also ensuring a fair trading environment for Merchants.
This policy clearly sets out the conditions, timeframes, costs, and procedures for product returns, giving you greater peace of mind when shopping on BettaMall. By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies:
Order Cancellation
Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. After that, your order will be automatically sent to the warehouse to pack and ship out. A management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
We would appreciate it if you could please tell me the reason for cancellation. It will help us so much to improve our products and services.
Order Modification
If you realize that you have made a mistake when filling shipping information or purchasing, simply e-mail us within 24 hours through our support email helpcenter@bettamall.net. Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check all the information.
Return/Refund Request Period
Buyers are entitled to request a return for most products purchased on BettaMall within 15 days from the date of delivery or confirmed receipt. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, please contact our support team via our email helpcenter@bettamall.net for more information. Please send us the images of your package you received with the shipping label showing the incorrect/defective/damaged part.
Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Eligible Reasons for Return
A Buyer may request a return in the following circumstances:
(i) Defective, damaged, or non-functional product
You may request a return for products that present technical defects, damage, breakage, or fail to function properly upon receipt.
(ii) Incorrect item delivered / Product not as described
If the product significantly differs from its description (e.g., color, size, design), or if an incorrect item is delivered, or the product is missing quantities or accessories, you may request a return and refund.
(iii) Counterfeit or copyright-infringing product
Products that are not genuine as described by the Merchant, or show signs of intellectual property infringement, are eligible for return.
(iv) Issues arising during transportation
You may request a return for products that are damaged, deformed, or incomplete due to errors during shipping or delivery.
Return Shipping Requirements
Please send us the images of your package you received with the shipping label showing the incorrect/defective/damaged part.
When returning a product, it must remain in its original condition, unused, with all original labels and seals intact, and include all accompanying accessories or components.
Return Shipping Fees
In most cases, Buyers will be charged for return shipping when requesting a return or refund.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again/ your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
