These include, but not limited to, logistics, payment processing, IT support,… We grant access only to the necessary information for third-party service providers to perform their functions. Children and Teenagers Privacy

BettaMall Services are not supplied directly to children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect or store any personal information of children under 13 without the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising and ensuring that children’s information is not submitted to BettaMall. If we realize that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we may delete such information immediately and may suspend or close the related account.

We do not serve interest-based advertising to children using BettaMall child-related features.

For teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18, BettaMall Services may only be used with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Products or services intended for children are available for purchase and management only by adults.
