Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to all Merchants operating on the BettaMall platform. It forms an integral part of BettaMall’s Conditions of Use and is binding upon all Merchants when using the platform.

Payment Methods

BettaMall provides multiple payment methods to ensure flexibility and convenience for Merchants, including:

  • Bank transfer
  • Linked e-wallets (e.g., PayPal)
  • International payment via SWIFT

Payout Currency

All payouts from BettaMall to Merchants are settled in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified. For Merchants operating in countries with a different local currency, conversion into local currency may be subject to additional fees or exchange rate adjustments applied by the receiving bank or payment provider. BettaMall shall not be held liable for fluctuations in exchange rates or third-party conversion costs.

Payout Timeline for Merchants

BettaMall adopts a transparent and timely payment mechanism to safeguard Merchants’ rights. According to this policy, BettaMall does not apply a fund-holding practice and processes payments under the T+0 principle. Under this principle, valid payment requests are processed within the same business day.

For the first payout of a newly registered store, BettaMall requires 3–5 business days to review, verify, and approve store information before processing the transfer. All subsequent payouts will be executed immediately under the T+0 principle.

Payment requests submitted before 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same business day. Requests submitted after this cutoff time will be automatically transferred to the next business day.

If the scheduled payment date falls on a Sunday or a recognized public holiday, BettaMall will record the request and complete the payout on the next business day.

BettaMall is committed to maintaining a fast and accurate payment process, while providing 24/7 Seller support to promptly address any inquiries or technical issues.

Fees and Deductions

Before processing payouts to Merchants, BettaMall will deduct applicable fees and financial obligations in accordance with platform regulations. Such deductions include, but are not limited to:
(i) platform fees and category-specific commissions as published in BettaMall’s fee schedule;
(ii) order processing fees, payment gateway fees, and costs related to logistics, warehousing, or other value-added services (if any);
(iii) refund costs in the event of valid return/refund requests from Buyers;
(iv) dispute resolution or claim handling fees that have been verified and processed under BettaMall’s policies.

BettaMall will bear all costs related to canceled or disputed orders on behalf of the Merchant, provided that the Merchant has not violated BettaMall’s rules or policies.

Merchants are responsible for regularly reviewing detailed reports on fees and deductions, which are published transparently within BettaMall’s management system. BettaMall guarantees that such reports will be updated accurately and in a timely manner, enabling Merchants to effectively monitor their financial performance and business operations on the platform.

Cashback Policy

BettaMall implements a cashback program to encourage sales performance and support revenue growth for Merchants. Cashback amounts are calculated based on the monthly revenue of each individual store, as recorded on the last day of the month, and are not aggregated across multiple stores owned by the same Seller. The applicable cashback tiers are as follows:

  • Monthly revenue ≥ USD 100,000: 1% cashback
  • Monthly revenue ≥ USD 300,000: 2% cashback
  • Monthly revenue ≥ USD 750,000: 3% cashback

The revenue used to calculate cashback is the reconciled revenue recorded by the BettaMall system at the end of each month. Cashback will be accumulated and disbursed together with the subsequent payout cycle, after BettaMall has completed reconciliation and deducted applicable fees in accordance with regulations.

BettaMall reserves the right to exclude from cashback calculation any orders deemed ineligible, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, canceled orders, or orders subject to unresolved disputes.

Furthermore, BettaMall reserves the right to adjust or modify this Payment and Cashback Policy from time to time, with prior notice to Merchants through appropriate communication channels.
