Accepted Payment Methods
BettaMall supports a variety of secure and convenient payment methods. Unless otherwise specified, Buyers may choose from the following options to complete their transactions:
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, …)
- Digital wallet – Paypal
- BettaMall coupons, gift cards, or vouchers (where applicable)
Notes:
- Buyers may add a new payment card or update existing payment information at any time in their BettaMall Account, without waiting until an order is placed.
- BettaMall Gift Cards may be applied to eligible purchases.
- Buyers may combine one credit/debit card with one BettaMall Gift Card for a single order. However, payments cannot be split across multiple cards.
Currency and Additional Fees
By default, prices for products and services on BettaMall are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified or unless the buyer chooses to pay in another currency based on their country of residence. If an order is paid in a currency different from the listed currency, the system will automatically convert the payment at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction. Such conversions may incur foreign exchange fees.
In addition to conversion fees, the buyer’s card issuer, digital wallet provider, or financial institution may charge additional service fees. BettaMall does not control and will not be responsible for such charges. In the future, BettaMall may, at its sole discretion, introduce additional settlement currencies or update fee-related policies to better accommodate market needs and buyer preferences.
Payment Information Security
BettaMall is committed to protecting customer payment information with advanced security measures. All sensitive data, including credit/debit card details and account information, is encrypted and transmitted using internationally recognized security protocols (such as SSL/TLS and PCI DSS).
We store customer information solely for the purpose of facilitating faster and more convenient transactions. BettaMall strictly prohibits the disclosure, sale, or misuse of customers’ card details. Furthermore, all access, processing, and storage activities are governed by strict data protection standards to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of information.
Buyers are also responsible for safeguarding the login credentials of their BettaMall Accounts. If you detect any unusual transactions or suspect fraudulent activity related to your payment methods, please contact BettaMall Customer Support immediately for timely assistance.
