Purpose and Scope
(i) This Policy outlines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Users and BettaMall regarding the issuance, accumulation, usage, and management of Credits.
(ii) This Policy applies to all Users with an account on BettaMall when participating in transactions or activities related to Credits.
Definitions
(i) Credit: A unit of value issued by BettaMall in the form of “virtual currency,” which has no cash equivalent. It may be used to pay or receive discounts for orders and services as regulated under this Policy.
(ii) User: An individual or organization that has registered for an account and been approved by BettaMall to use its services.
(iii) Valid Order: An order that has been fully paid, not canceled, and not returned.
Issuance and Accumulation of Credits
(i) Credits are issued under the following circumstances:
- Participation in BettaMall campaigns (e.g., app download, account registration, daily logins).
- Cashback in Credits based on a percentage (%) of the actual payment value of a Valid Order.
- Participation in promotions or events organized by BettaMall.
- Engagement in community actions (product reviews, sharing, referrals).
- Other cases as specifically defined by BettaMall.
(ii) Credits are only recorded after an order is completed and no complaint or dispute arises.
(iii) The accumulated value of Credits will be determined by each specific campaign.
Use of Credits
(i) Conversion value: 1 Credit = 1 USD.
(ii) Users may use Credits to pay or receive discounts for orders, with a maximum limit of 20% of the order value. This limit does not apply to additional costs (vouchers, coupons, shipping fees, service fees, or other surcharges).
Example: For an order valued at USD 100 → the User may use up to 20 Credits.
(iii) Credits may be used concurrently with certain promotional programs, depending on the rules of each program.
(iv) Rounding rules: Credits are displayed up to 2 decimal places. If more than 2 decimals occur, the system will round automatically (≥ 5 rounds up, < 5 rounds down).
Examples:
12.345 Credits → 12.35 Credits
99.994 Credits → 99.99 Credits
(v) Credits cannot be exchanged for or refunded as cash under any circumstances.
Restrictions and Validity
(i) The validity period of Credits is determined individually for each campaign.
(ii) Expired Credits will be automatically revoked and are non-refundable.
(iii) Credits will not be reissued in cases of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of BettaMall policies.
Security and Fraud Handling
(i) Users are responsible for securing their accounts and Credits.
(ii) Fraudulent acts, Credit trading, or abuse of the policy will be subject to penalties, including but not limited to:
- Temporary hold or revocation of Credits.
- Account suspension or termination of service access.
- Claiming compensation for damages (if applicable).
(iii) BettaMall reserves the right to review, monitor, and investigate Credit transactions to detect and handle violations.
Credit Issuance and Updates
(i) Once conditions are met, Credits will be automatically added to the User’s account.
(ii) Users may check their balance and Credit history under the “My Credit” section on the app or website.
(iii) Any dispute related to Credits must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days from the date of occurrence.
Policy Adjustments
(i) BettaMall reserves the right to adjust, supplement, or terminate any part or all of this Policy at any time.
(ii) Notice of changes will be provided at least 7 days in advance via appropriate channels (website, email, or app).
(iii) Continued use of Credits after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
(i) Credit-related complaints must be submitted to BettaMall Customer Service.
(ii) BettaMall will respond and process complaints within a maximum of 10 business days upon receiving sufficient information.
(iii) The final decision rests with BettaMall after reviewing all relevant documents.
