All content provided on or made available through BettaMall, including but not limited: text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, auto files, digital downloads, data collection and software, is owned by BettaMall or our content providers. These materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content made available through any BettaMall Business service is the exclusive property of BettaMall. Therefore, it is also protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Trademarks
The graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names displayed on or provided through any BettaMall Business Services are trademarks or trade dress of BettaMall in the U.S. and other countries. BettaMall trademarks and trade dress must not be used in connection with non-BettaMall products or services, particularly in ways that could mislead customers or damage BettaMall’s reputation. All other trademarks appearing in BettaMall Business services but not owned by BettaMall, may belong to their respective owners. These owners may or may not have an affiliation, connection, or sponsorship relationship with BettaMall. Unless expressly authorized in writing by BettaMall, you may not use any of our trademarks, service marks, trade dress or other proprietary rights. Your Intellectual Property
If you think that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please submit a complaint using our online submission form. This form covers all types of intellectual property claims, including but not limited to copyright, trademark and patent issues.
Please provide detailed information about the infringed intellectual property, the type of violation, the list of related products, and supporting documents proving ownership. BettaMall will act promptly to address your concerns regarding alleged infringements. If your complaint is accepted, BettaMall will remove the infringing content and take appropriate action against the violator. If not, we will send you a notification along with the reason for rejection.

Your written copyright complaints must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- Details of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site;
- Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
