Eligibility & Account Registration
You may need to create your own BettaMall account to access certain Services. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
BettaMall requires you to be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may use BettaMall Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. who may create an account or profile on your behalf as permitted by BettaMall and purchase with an accepted payment method. Moreover, certain products or services, such as alcohol, may require a minimum age of 21.
A valid payment method may be required to complete purchases through BettaMall Services. If a selected payment method cannot be processed, BettaMall may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Therefore, you are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.
BettaMall reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole direction. By creating an account and using BettaMall Services, you agree to comply with these requirements and accept responsibility for all actions you have taken under your account.

You authorize BettaMall to send you information and updates through various electronic means, such as email, SMS, in-app or push notifications, and messages within your BettaMall account. These communications may be saved or stored for your reference. Moreover, you also acknowledge that any agreements, disclosures, notices, or other information we deliver electronically carry the same legal weight as if provided in physical written form.
Intellectual Property
BettaMall respects and protects intellectual property rights, both our own and those of third parties. All content, features, and materials made available through the Services are legally protected. By using the Services, you agree not to infringe upon these rights in any way.
(i) Trademarks: All BettaMall trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names used in connection with BettaMall Services are the property of BettaMall or its affiliates. You may not use any of these marks associated with any product or service that is not BettaMall’s, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, without our prior written consent.

(ii) Copyright: All content made available through BettaMall Services, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BettaMall or its content providers. This content is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation of all such content is the exclusive property of BettaMall and similarly protected.

(iii) License and Access: As long as you adhere to these Conditions of Use, BettaMall and our content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use BettaMall Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of BettaMall Services or our content for commercial purposes;
- Collect, scrape, or use any data, listings, descriptions, or prices for the benefit of any third party;
- Use BettaMall Services or our AI-generated content to develop, train, or improve AI, machine learning models, or related technologies;
- Frame, embed, or use meta tags, hidden text, or any other technique to display BettaMall trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without prior written consent;
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property or other legal rights;
- Misuse BettaMall Services in any manner.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use are reserved by BettaMall, our licensors, content providers, or other rightsholders. This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Conditions of Use. You may use BettaMall Services only as permitted by law.
Payment Methods
BettaMall supports a variety of secure and convenient payment options to help you complete your purchases with ease. You may use major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept prepaid cards and gift cards issued by recognized providers, as well as BettaMall Gift Cards, which can be applied toward eligible orders.
Please note that payment cannot be split across multiple cards, but you may combine one accepted card with a BettaMall Gift Card for a single order.
Your payment details can be added, updated, or managed at any time through your BettaMall Wallet within your account settings.
Depending on your location, additional local or regional payment methods may be available. Certain methods may only be used for specific types of products or services as permitted by law.
Reviews, Comments, Communications and Content
You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send messages, suggestions, or inquiries; and share feedback or ideas. However, the material must be lawful, respectful, and not harmful to others. Content must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise objectionable. It must also not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam or unsolicited electronic messages.
You may not use a false email address, impersonate any individual or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content. BettaMall reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any content that violates these Conditions of Use, though BettaMall does not regularly review user-submitted content.
By posting or submitting content, you grant BettaMall a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content globally in any media. You also grant BettaMall and its sublicensees the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you post, that the content is accurate, and that its use does not violate these Conditions of Use or cause harm to any person or entity. You agree to indemnify BettaMall against all claims arising from the content you supply. BettaMall assumes no responsibility and disclaims any liability for user-generated content or for content posted by third parties.
Return, Refund and Title
BettaMall does not assume ownership of returned items until they are received at our designated fulfillment center. In certain cases, we may issue a refund without requiring you to return the product. In such instances, BettaMall does not take title to the refunded item. Product Description
BettaMall makes every effort to present product details as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content available through BettaMall Services are entirely precise, complete, reliable, up to date, or free of errors. If an item supplied directly by BettaMall is found to differ from its description, your only remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Pricing
All prices for products made available through BettaMall Services are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, BettaMall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. If the actual price of an item is higher than the displayed price, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for confirmation before processing or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
With respect to items sold directly by BettaMall, we generally do not charge your payment method until your order has entered the shipping process or, in the case of digital products, until the product is made available to you. Please note that prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and other merchants offering their products on BettaMall may follow different pricing practices.

App Permissions
When you download and use the BettaMall’s apps, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device so that the app can function properly. These permissions can include access to features such as your device’s camera, microphone, location services, notification settings,… Most devices provide you information about these permissions.
Sanctions and Export Policy
You may not use BettaMall Services if you are subject to U.S. sanctions or to sanctions imposed under the laws of the country where you access BettaMall Services. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including those of the United States, that may restrict the transfer of goods, software (including BettaMall applications), technology, or services.
Any attempt to use BettaMall Services in violation of such sanctions or export control laws is strictly prohibited. BettaMall reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its Services if we determine that your use may cause a breach of applicable sanctions or trade regulations.
Other Businesses
Independent parties, other than BettaMall, may run stores, provide services, develop software, or sell product lines through BettaMall Services. We may also include links that direct you to websites of affiliates or other external businesses. When you choose to purchase products or services from these third parties, your transaction is solely between you and that third party, not BettaMall.
BettaMall does not conduct reviews or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of the products, services, or content offered by third parties, nor do we accept liability for their actions or websites. Before engaging with these businesses, you should carefully review their terms of use, privacy policies, and any other applicable conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
BettaMall Services, together with all information, content, materials, products (including software), and other services made available to you through BettaMall, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise stated in writing. BettaMall makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information, content, materials, or products offered. You acknowledge and agree that your use of BettaMall Services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BettaMall disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. BettaMall does not guarantee that the Services, servers, or electronic communications sent from BettaMall are completely free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, BettaMall will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of any BettaMall Service, or from any information, content, materials, products, or services made available through BettaMall. This includes but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise expressly provided in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of any BettaMall Service, these Conditions of Use, or any related agreements will be resolved exclusively in the state or Federal courts in King County, Washington as determined by BettaMall. By using BettaMall Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Applicable Law
By accessing or using any BettaMall Service, you agree that these Conditions of Use, as well as any dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of BettaMall Services, shall be governed by applicable federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You acknowledge and agree that such laws will apply regardless of your place of residence or the location from which you access BettaMall Services.
Governing Language
These Conditions of Use are originally written in English. It is the clear intention of all parties that English shall be the controlling language. If these Conditions of Use are translated into another language and any inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict arises between the English version and the translated version, the English version shall take precedence and govern.
Software Terms:
These terms apply to any software (including updates or upgrades) and related documentation that BettaMall makes available to you in connection with the BettaMall Services (“BettaMall Software”).
(i) Use of BettaMall Software: You may use BettaMall Software solely for the purpose of accessing and enjoying BettaMall Services, as permitted under these Conditions of Use. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, sublicense, or incorporate the BettaMall Software into other programs. All BettaMall Software is the property of BettaMall or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
(ii) Use of Third-Party Service: Your use of BettaMall Software may involve services from third parties such as mobile carriers, software providers. In such cases, your use is also subject to the terms, policies, and fees of those third parties.
(iii) No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying components of BettaMall Software, nor bypass any security or technical measures.
(iv) Updates: BettaMall may provide automatic or manual updates to the BettaMall Software without prior notice. Such updates are subject to these Conditions of Use.
(v) Conflicts: If any portion of BettaMall Software is governed by additional terms, those terms will apply to the relevant portion in case of conflict.
Agents
These terms apply if you use, allow, or deploy any Agent to access, use, or interact with BettaMall Services. An “Agent” means any software or service that performs automated or semi-automated actions on behalf of an individual or entity.
(i) Transparency and Consent:
- Any Agent accessing BettaMall Services must clearly identify itself and operate transparently.
- BettaMall may, at any time, request an Agent to stop accessing or interacting with its Services. In such cases, the Agent must immediately cease such activities
(ii) Limitation on Access: BettaMall reserves the right, including through technical measures, to limit or control how any Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with its Services.
(iii) Technical Requirements: Agents must:
- Include identification in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, stating clearly that the request is from an Agent and disclosing the Agent’s name in the user agent string.
- Not conceal or misrepresent their activity as that of a human user (e.g., simulating keystrokes, navigating pages like a human, or bypassing CAPTCHAs).
- Respond truthfully to any prompt or inquiry intended to determine whether an interaction comes from a human or an Agent.
- Not attempt to circumvent or disable any technical measure that BettaMall uses to monitor, block, or control Agent access.
